Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the first phase of Shabd Sangrahalaya at the National Library of India in Kolkata. The museum features 22 Indian languages and dialects along with nine state-of-the-art digital galleries, aimed at preserving India's linguistic and cultural heritage. Shah said the initiative, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, will promote India's knowledge traditions while serving as a valuable resource for researchers, teachers, students and language enthusiasts across the country.
