External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar emphasised that the ongoing Ukraine conflict must be resolved through dialogue, diplomacy and negotiations. Speaking in Kyiv, he said economic decisions involving oil, minerals, metals or fertilisers cannot bring an end to the conflict, stressing the importance of diplomatic efforts for lasting peace.
