PM Modi Envisions India-Japan Leadership in Future Technologies

Addressing the India-Japan Joint Economic Forum, Prime Minister Narendra Modi outlined a bold vision for the future of India-Japan cooperation. He said the two nations can build resilient global supply chains in semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and critical minerals by combining Japan's technological expertise with India's vast market. Modi also highlighted opportunities for collaboration in shipbuilding, advanced mobility, clean energy, artificial intelligence (AI), quantum technology, biotechnology, aerospace and defence, emphasizing that stronger bilateral cooperation will contribute to global innovation, economic growth and security.
