President Droupadi Murmu received a ceremonial welcome and Guard of Honour from Romanian President Nicușor Dan at Cotroceni Palace in Bucharest during her official visit to Romania. The two leaders held comprehensive discussions on strengthening bilateral ties, regional and global issues, and multilateral cooperation. The visit also witnessed the signing of three MoUs covering science and technology, sports, and the establishment of a Chair of Indian Studies at the University of Bucharest, further enhancing India-Romania relations.
