Priyanka Gandhi Questions Reported Hockey Jersey Change, Raises Concerns Over National Values

Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra criticised the reported change in the Indian national hockey team's jersey colour from blue to saffron, alleging that such symbolic changes and attempts to rewrite history through education policy cannot alter India's core values. She asserted that the freedom struggle was led by the Congress under Mahatma Gandhi and claimed the RSS had no role in it. Emphasising non-violence, truth, unity, and brotherhood as the nation's foundation, she said these values could not be undermined by divisive politics. Priyanka Gandhi also questioned the source of pellet injuries found on a boy presented by Rahul Gandhi, demanding accountability.
