Suvendu Adhikari Calls for Modern Transport to Boost Bengal's Economy

Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari emphasized that a modern, eco-friendly and integrated transport network is essential for West Bengal's economic growth. Stressing the importance of cooperation with the Central Government, he said improved connectivity through roads, railways, metro and waterways will drive industrial development, boost trade, attract investment and create employment. Adhikari added that aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's infrastructure vision and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's initiatives would help transform West Bengal into a stronger economic hub through world-class transport infrastructure.
