Battling a knee injury throughout the competition, the 27-year-old delivered outstanding performances across all 10 events, including personal bests in the long jump and discus throw. The achievement also makes him the first Indian track-and-field athlete to win Commonwealth Games medals in two different disciplines, following his high jump bronze at Birmingham 2022.
