US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor highlighted the rapid growth of US-India economic ties, saying bilateral trade has jumped from around $20 billion to over $240 billion in just over two decades. He said both countries are targeting $500 billion in bilateral trade by 2030, while expanding cooperation in AI, technology, defence, aerospace, energy, semiconductors, quantum computing and critical minerals. Gor described the partnership as being driven by deep trust and “unmatched potential.”
