The Government of Assam and the European Union have jointly launched the Blue Valley Cluster in Guwahati to promote cooperation in the Flavours, Fragrance, and AYUSH sectors. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma highlighted opportunities for collaboration in semiconductors, electronics, tea, agarwood, organic foods, natural fragrances, and AYUSH products. EU Ambassador Hervé Delphin said Assam's natural resources, skilled workforce, and growing connectivity make it an attractive destination for investment, strengthening India-EU trade and industrial partnerships.
