France’s 21-year-old Alex Lanier won the country’s first-ever men’s singles world title, while An Se-young successfully defended her women’s singles crown without dropping a game. China’s Liang Weikeng and Wang Chang won men’s doubles, South Korea’s Baek Ha-na and Lee So-hee ended a 31-year wait for the women’s doubles title, and France’s Thom Gicquel and Delphine Delrue claimed mixed doubles gold. India also secured a women’s doubles bronze through Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand.
