External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar described the first India–Visegrad Four (V4) foreign ministers’ meeting as historic and productive. India and the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia agreed to explore an annual business forum and regular foreign ministers’ meetings, while discussing cooperation in defence, technology, innovation, space, connectivity and people-to-people mobility. The ministers also exchanged views on major global developments, including the Ukraine conflict and the situation in the Gulf.
