Jio is planning to launch an indigenous satellite broadband network to connect remote villages, islands, and border regions across India. Speaking at Reliance Industries' AGM, Akash Ambani said the company is evaluating a sovereign Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation while partnering with global providers to accelerate services.
