The QUAD agreed on an Indo-Pacific Maritime Surveillance Initiative, finalised a Critical Minerals Framework, and launched a new Indo-Pacific Energy Security initiative focused on technology, policy coordination, and emergency preparedness. The discussions also covered port infrastructure projects and undersea cable cooperation to strengthen regional connectivity and security.
